Clients, friends, neighbors, and community members this month's MMOTM is in support of any and all movements in support of our rights, freedoms, and protections in the United States. For women, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, BIPOC, and so many more undeserved people.
During this unprecedented time of uncertainty we encourage you to do whatever is within your control to care for yourself, check on your neighbors, plant a windowsill garden, read a new book, get some extra rest, find a protest near you, but above all know that we are all in this fight together. We are so much stronger than certain entities want us to believe!

It is valid to feel frozen, fearful, or any combination of emotions with what is happening in our country and around the world right now. If you need help connecting to mental health support at our clinic or another, don't hesitate to complete a contact form so we can help you gather resources and get the process started.
