Are you offering telehealth services?

Yes. We are currently operating with both in-person and telehealth appointment availability.

How long does the therapy process take?

Each person's therapy journey is unique. For some, short term treatment is appropriate, but in other cases the process takes more time. If you have concerns related to the timing of treatment, that is great topic to ask your therapist about at your initial consultation.

Do you have emergency services?

Mindful Moment is an outpatient therapy clinic and we do not have a 24/7 hotline or emergency services line. For urgent matters, dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. See our 'Resources' tab for non-emergent resources as well!

How do I know how much is covered on my insurance?

This question can be most directly answered by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card and asking "What are my outpatient mental health benefits? What out of pocket costs and co-payments are my responsibility? Do I have a deductible to meet for the year? Do I have telehealth coverage?" If you need any assistance, please give us a call and we will help you navigate the process.

How do I know if I am ready to start therapy?

If you're not certain you're ready to fully engage with the therapy process, perhaps you're totally new or maybe you've tried and left therapy in the past, one of the best ways to re-assess readiness is to meet with a clinician and assess your needs together. You do not have to navigate the process alone and we want to help.
