Treatment Financing
We care about making mental health care services accessible and affordable. At Mindful Moment we understand that navigating insurance for therapy services can be confusing. If you're looking for support in how to ensure your benefits are in-network or how much you'll owe, call us today and we will do our best to point you in the direction you need to go!
Blue Cross Blue Shield
We are in-network with BCBS, but not BCN coverage. BCBS updates their fee schedule every July 1st and we charge clients in accordance with their in-network benefits and BCBS's fee schedule for mental health care services.
Private Pay
Our intake fee is $200 and typical psychotherapy appointments are $180. If you're interested in receiving care at our clinic, but you'd like to submit to your out-of-network benefits we'd be glad to provide you with the Superbill documentation required to complete that process. *Use of out-of-network benefits is not a requirement for utilizing private pay.
Sliding Scale
We do not provide set sliding scale rates for psychotherapy services. If you are unable to use your insurance benefits at our clinic, you are uninsured, or unable to manage the cost of private pay care, please inquire with our office about how we can help meet your financial needs for treatment.
