Michael (Mike) Meza is a licensed clinical social worker and therapist who specializes in behavioral health and has extensive experience in addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Michael received his Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan and has been helping adults, youths, and families, for over eight years. He is also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor from the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals. Michael collaborates with clients and uses various modalities and therapies to assist them in achieving their desired outcomes. He is trauma informed, DBT skills informed, and attachment focused. He has trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Adventure therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Management, Person-Centered, and Strength Based approaches. More importantly Michael believes in connecting with people and building trust and safety while exploring each client’s needs, such as, but not limited to: culture, identity, individuality, and strengths.


Allie Neenan, MS, TLLP

Alexandra (Allie) Neenan is a doctoral candidate studying clinical psychology at Eastern Michigan University. Her clinical passions lie in the field of behavioral medicine, particularly helping children and families adjust to chronic illness conditions. She has trained in a number of medical settings to learn how to support the physical and mental health needs of individuals across the lifespan. She highly values a trauma-informed approach to therapy and is trained in a number of cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, including ACT and DBT. Evidence based practice, which involves selecting empirically supported interventions that align as well as possible with a client's values and culture, is her greatest priority in clinical care.
Alyssa Selasky, LLMSW

Alyssa provides therapy to adults, children, and families. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. She offers treatment for a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and parenting concerns. She has a special interest in attachment and perinatal/postpartum issues. She has advanced training in parent-child relationships and developmental trauma, which she has utilized within school-based and home-based settings, as an Infant Mental Health therapist.
Alyssa utilizes a collaborative and relationship-based approach to create a safe environment that affirms the identities of clients of all ages. Her process integrates attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, person-centered, and strength-based approaches.


Lauren Patrick

Lauren is currently an undergraduate student studying neuroscience at Michigan State University. She aspires to continue her education in graduate school, possibly studying psychology. She currently works in the LINC Lab at MSU (i.e., Learning Innovation Networks and Collaboration lab) exploring the world of social sciences.
Her favorite mindful activities include yoga, reading, hiking, and going on walks her sweet Maltese named Cookie.
